Description
Delicious and crispy cinnamon apple fries made in the air fryer.
Ingredients

- 2 large apples
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- Optional: Vanilla icing or caramel sauce for drizzling
Instructions
- Peel, core, and slice apples into even fry-sized sticks.
- Set up three bowls: one with beaten egg, one with flour, and one with cinnamon mixed with sugar.
- Dip each apple slice first into flour, then egg, and finally into the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Lightly press the coating onto the apples.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (195°C).
- Arrange the apple fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
- Cook for 6–8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through until fries are golden and crispy.
- Remove and serve warm. Optionally, drizzle with vanilla icing or dip in caramel sauce.
Notes
- For extra sweetness, you can add more sugar to the cinnamon mixture.
- Make sure not to overcrowd the air fryer for the best results.
