Description
Delicious bite-sized steak cooked to perfection in an air fryer.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp chili powder
- ¼ tsp oregano
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1½ lbs steak (cut into bite-sized cubes)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- Combine the seasoning in a small dish.
- Toss the steak cubes in the seasoning and olive oil.
- Place the steak in an even layer in the air fryer basket. Do this in 2 batches if needed to avoid overcrowding.
- Air fry for 4-5 minutes for medium. See notes.
- Serve with your favorite steak sauce.
