Description

Delicious mini pizzas made with biscuits, topped with pizza sauce, cheese, and pepperonis.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cans Biscuits (7 oz can each, 20 Biscuits Total)
  • 1 1/2 cup Pizza Sauce
  • 3 cups Mozzarella Cheese (Cheddar Cheese, shredded)
  • 60 slices Pepperonis (Or your favorite Pizza Topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Flatten each biscuit onto a baking sheet.
  3. Spread a spoonful of pizza sauce on each biscuit (approximately 1 Tbsp on each biscuit).
  4. Top each biscuit with cheese and pepperoni (and any other pizza toppings).
  5. Cook for 9 to 12 minutes, until the biscuits are beginning to brown on the outside edges.
  6. Allow the pizzas to cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet and then move to a plate or rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • Feel free to customize with additional toppings such as vegetables or different cheeses.
