Instructions
- In a bowl, mix almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Stir well and let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Stir again to prevent clumping.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, layer the pudding with fresh blueberries.
