A beautiful and delicious antipasto wreath perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ounces Salami
  • 4 ounces Pepperoni
  • 4 ounces Prosciutto
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Pearls
  • 4 ounces Fontina
  • 4 ounces Havarti
  • 4 ounces Manchego
  • 1 cup Green Olives
  • 1 cup Black Olives
  • 1 cup Marinated Artichoke Hearts
  • 1 cup Mini Pickles
  • 1 cup Roasted Red Peppers
  • 1 cup Peperoncini
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Cucumbers
  • 1 cup Grapes
  • 1 bunch Rosemary
  • 1 bunch Thyme
  • 1 bunch Basil
  • 1 cup Micro Greens
  • 20 Large Toothpicks

Instructions

  1. Gather your antipasto ingredients. Prep any that require chopping, slicing or cubing.
  2. Skewer ingredients onto large toothpicks. Arrange in a wreath shape on a large round platter or serving board.
  3. Tuck rosemary sprigs evenly around wreath.
  4. Sprinkle with microgreens.
  5. Transfer to refrigerator until ready to serve.
