- 4 ounces Salami
- 4 ounces Pepperoni
- 4 ounces Prosciutto
- 1 cup Mozzarella Pearls
- 4 ounces Fontina
- 4 ounces Havarti
- 4 ounces Manchego
- 1 cup Green Olives
- 1 cup Black Olives
- 1 cup Marinated Artichoke Hearts
- 1 cup Mini Pickles
- 1 cup Roasted Red Peppers
- 1 cup Peperoncini
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 cup Cucumbers
- 1 cup Grapes
- 1 bunch Rosemary
- 1 bunch Thyme
- 1 bunch Basil
- 1 cup Micro Greens
- 20 Large Toothpicks
Instructions
- Gather your antipasto ingredients. Prep any that require chopping, slicing or cubing.
- Skewer ingredients onto large toothpicks. Arrange in a wreath shape on a large round platter or serving board.
- Tuck rosemary sprigs evenly around wreath.
- Sprinkle with microgreens.
- Transfer to refrigerator until ready to serve.
