Instructions
- Cook the Beef:
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced onions and sauté until translucent.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Seasoning:
- Stir in the enchilada seasoning mix and follow package instructions (typically involves adding some water).
- Let it simmer until the sauce thickens.
- Assemble the Wraps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lay out flour tortillas.
- Spread a portion of the beef mixture onto each tortilla.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the beef.
- Roll and Cook:
