Description

A comforting casserole dish featuring orzo pasta, chicken sausage, and creamy Boursin cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound orzo pasta
  • 12 ounces cooked chicken sausage (sliced)
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 5 ounces Boursin cheese (1 round spread)
  • 2 3/4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Add the orzo, sausage, tomatoes, and spinach to a casserole dish.
  3. Place the Boursin cheese round in the center of the dish.
  4. Cover everything with the broth and a drizzle of olive oil.
  5. Add the minced garlic, salt (optional), and pepper.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes, mix, and enjoy!
