- 1 pound orzo pasta
- 12 ounces cooked chicken sausage (sliced)
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 5 ounces Boursin cheese (1 round spread)
- 2 3/4 cups chicken broth
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Add the orzo, sausage, tomatoes, and spinach to a casserole dish.
- Place the Boursin cheese round in the center of the dish.
- Cover everything with the broth and a drizzle of olive oil.
- Add the minced garlic, salt (optional), and pepper.
- Bake for 30 minutes, mix, and enjoy!

- For a high-protein version, use high-protein orzo pasta.
