Description
This creamy cottage cheese dip is perfect for serving with raw vegetables, chips, or as a spread for sandwiches.

- 1 cup cottage cheese (preferably full-fat or 2%)
- 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice or white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon dried dill
- ½ teaspoon dried parsley
- ½ teaspoon dried chives or 1 tablespoon fresh chopped chives
- ½ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1–2 tablespoons buttermilk or milk (optional for a thinner consistency)
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, combine the cottage cheese, Greek yogurt (or sour cream), and lemon juice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add in the onion powder, garlic powder, dill, parsley, chives, salt, and pepper. Pulse briefly to incorporate the seasonings.
- Taste and adjust salt, pepper, or herbs as desired. If you prefer a thinner dip, add a tablespoon or two of milk or buttermilk and blend again.
- Transfer the dip to a bowl and chill for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve with raw vegetables, potato chips, pita chips, or as a spread for sandwiches and wraps.
