- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- ½ cup sour cream (for serving)
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, cheeses, cumin, and chili powder.
- Place a tortilla flat, add filling on one side, and roll tightly. Secure with a toothpick if necessary.
- Arrange the taquitos seam-side down in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown; shake halfway through for even cooking.
- Serve hot with sour cream or guacamole.

- For extra crispiness, make sure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket.
