Description
Delicious sautéed Brussels sprouts with garlic and balsamic vinegar.
Ingredients

- 1 pound Brussels sprouts (trimmed and halved)
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Rinse and trim the Brussels sprouts, cutting them in half.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Place Brussels sprouts cut-side down in the skillet; cook undisturbed for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic and stir gently; cook for an additional 3 minutes until fragrant.
- Season with salt and pepper, then add balsamic vinegar; stir well and simmer for another couple of minutes.
- Serve hot, optionally drizzling more balsamic vinegar on top.
Notes
- Brussels sprouts can be garnished with additional balsamic vinegar for extra flavor.
