- 3 Lb Corned Beef
- 1 Sweet Onion (quartered)
- 1 Lb Carrots (cut in half)
- 2 Lbs Small Red Potatoes (whole)
- 1 12oz Beer
- 2–3 Cups Water
- 1 Green Cabbage (quartered)
Instructions
- Place onions, corned beef, seasoning packet ingredients, carrots, potatoes, and beer in a large slow cooker.
- Add enough water to just cover the corned beef.
- Cook on low for 9 hours.
- Add the cabbage and cook on high for 1-1.5 hours.
Notes
- This dish pairs well with mustard and fresh bread.
- Leftovers can be made into a delicious sandwich or hash.
