A delicious and creamy dip perfect for serving with tortilla chips, made with cream cheese, chili, and cheese.

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 15 oz canned chili
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 tbsp sliced green onions
- 1 jalapeño, sliced, optional
- 1 bag tortilla chips, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease a small baking dish or pie plate.
- Spread the softened cream cheese into an even layer across the bottom of the dish.
- Spoon the chili over the cream cheese and spread it gently into an even layer.
- Sprinkle the cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the cheese is fully melted.
- Remove from the oven and top with sliced green onions and jalapeño if using.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
Notes
- For a spicier dip, leave the seeds in the jalapeño.
- This dip can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
