- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper
- fresh parsley, chopped finely
- for garnish paprika
- yellow cheese slices, cut into small stars

Instructions
- Boil the Eggs: Place the eggs in a pot and cover them with cold water. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and let sit for 10 minutes. Transfer eggs to cold water to cool.
- Prepare the Filling: Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl. Set the whites aside.

- Assemble the Trees: Fill a piping bag with the yolk mixture and pipe it into the egg whites, creating a tree shape with a pointed top.
- Decorate: Sprinkle chopped parsley over the deviled eggs to mimic tree leaves and top each with a cheese star. Lightly dust with paprika for a festive touch.
Notes
- Use a star-shaped cutter for uniform cheese stars.
- Experiment with different herbs for flavor variations.
- For a creamier texture, add a little bit of cream cheese to the yolk mixture.
- Ensure the piping tip is wide enough for smooth application.
