Description

Delicious cheesy pizza bombs filled with ground beef and garlic, perfect for a snack or party appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb store-bought pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Add minced garlic and Italian seasoning; stir for 2 minutes and drain excess fat.
  3. Remove from heat and mix in shredded cheddar until melted.
  4. Roll pizza dough into rectangles (6×4 inches). Place a spoonful of the beef mixture on each rectangle and fold to seal tightly.
  5. Arrange bombs seam-side down on the baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with Parmesan.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.
