Description
This creamy and tangy Buffalo Chicken Dip is perfect for game day or parties!
Ingredients

- 8 ounces plain cream cheese
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1/4 cup diced green onion (plus more for garnish)
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease an 8 or 9 inch pan, I used a cast iron pan, but any kind of baking dish will work!
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, greek yogurt, buffalo sauce, garlic powder and onion powder until well combined.
- Fold in the chicken, green onion, mozzarella and 1/2 cup of the cheddar. Mix everything well to combine.
- Transfer to your prepared pan and spread evenly. Top with the remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and slightly golden on top.
- Sprinkle with diced green onion and serve with veggies, chips etc. and enjoy!
Notes
- Serve this dip hot, and it goes well with celery sticks, tortilla chips, or crackers.
- You can adjust the buffalo sauce to your heat preference.
