- ½ cup milk (almond milk or any milk works)
- 1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup – optional, depending on banana sweetness)
Instructions
- Add 2 ripe bananas, ½ cup Greek yogurt, and ½ cup milk to a blender until the smoothie is completely smooth and creamy.
- Stop and taste it. If you want it sweeter, add 1 tablespoon honey and blend again.
- Pour into a glass and serve right away for the best texture.
- Sprinkle a small pinch of cinnamon on top if you like.
