Description

This refreshing mango salsa is perfect for summer gatherings and pairs well with chips or grilled meats.


Ingredients

  • 3 ripe mangoes (peeled and diced, about 3 cups)
  • 1/2 cup red onion (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup cilantro (chopped)
  • 12 jalapeños (seeds and membranes removed, finely chopped)
  • Juice of 2 limes

  • Pinch of cumin (optional)

Instructions
