- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lbs)
- 1/2 cup hot honey sauce
- 4 brioche burger buns
- 1 cup romaine or butter lettuce
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- 1/2 cup sliced pickles
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (375°F).
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Optionally marinate in olive oil, garlic powder, and smoked paprika for extra flavor.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and grill marks appear.
- In the last minute of grilling, brush hot honey sauce on both sides of the chicken.
- Assemble burgers by placing grilled chicken on brioche buns and topping with lettuce, tomato, and pickles.
- Serve immediately with extra hot honey drizzled on top.
Notes
- For best flavor, allow chicken to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Adjust the amount of hot honey sauce to your heat preference.
