A delicious twist on traditional tiramisu using pumpkin and mascarpone.
Ingredients

- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese, at room temperature
- 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar, divided
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, divided
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 12 ladyfinger cookies
Instructions
- Brew one cup of strong coffee and let it cool. Stir in 2 tablespoons of brown sugar until dissolved.
- In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, mascarpone cheese, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix until smooth.
- Quickly dip ladyfingers into the cooled coffee mixture and layer them in individual serving glasses.
- Spoon the pumpkin filling over the ladyfingers and repeat layering until glasses are full.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours or overnight.
- Before serving, sprinkle with remaining cinnamon.
Notes
- This recipe is great for fall gatherings or special occasions.
- For an extra kick, consider adding a splash of coffee liqueur to the coffee mixture.
