Instructions

- Stir sugar, vanilla extract, salt, and bloomed gelatin into melted chocolate until smooth.
- Gently fold in whipped cream until combined without deflating it.
- Spoon the mixture into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
