Instructions

  1. Activate the yeast by combining warm water and sugar in a bowl. Sprinkle yeast on top and let sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour and salt. Create a well in the center.
  3. Pour the activated yeast mixture and olive oil into the well, stirring gently until just combined.
