Delicious and crispy crab wonton cups filled with a creamy mixture of crab meat and cheese.

- 12 wonton wrappers
- 1 cup canned lump crab meat
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 2 green onions (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly spray a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray and press each wonton wrapper into the cups.
- In a bowl, mix together the crab meat, softened cream cheese, chopped green onions, soy sauce, and garlic powder until smooth.
- Spoon the crab mixture generously into each wonton cup.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown; monitor closely to prevent burning.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving warm.
Notes
- These crab wonton cups make for a great appetizer or party snack.
- For a spicier version, add some Sriracha to the crab mixture.
