Ingredients

- 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut the steak into bite-sized cubes and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, adding just enough olive oil to coat the bottom.
- Sear the steak pieces for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Reduce heat slightly, add minced garlic and butter, stirring gently until melted and combined.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
