These puff pastry mini sausages are perfect for a quick appetizer or party snack!
Ingredients

- 1 sheet pre-made puff pastry (thawed)
- 12 mini smoked sausages
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 2 tbsp water (for egg wash)
- Mustard or ketchup (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface until about 1/8 inch thick.
- Cut the pastry into strips, approximately 1 inch wide.
- Wrap each strip around a mini sausage, leaving space at both ends.
- Whisk together the egg and water; brush over each wrapped sausage.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and puffy. Serve with mustard or ketchup.
Notes
- Ensure the puff pastry is fully thawed before rolling to prevent tearing.
- Make sure to leave space at the ends of the sausage for a proper seal.
