Delicious mini muffins glazed with a sweet maple icing, perfect for breakfast or a snack.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs (room temperature)
- 1/2 cup full-fat milk
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan or mini muffin tins.
- In a large bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking powder, and granulated sugar until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix eggs, milk, melted butter, and half of the maple syrup until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir gently until just combined.
- Spoon the batter into prepared pans and bake: 15-20 minutes for mini muffins or about 30 minutes for a bundt pan.
- Allow to cool slightly before glazing by whisking powdered sugar with remaining maple syrup until smooth; drizzle over cake pieces.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding vanilla extract to the wet ingredients.
- Store any leftover muffins in an airtight container at room temperature.
