- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 large eggs
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Melt the unsalted butter in a saucepan over low heat. Let it cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar; whisk until smooth.
- Add pumpkin puree and eggs; mix until fully incorporated.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and pumpkin spice. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring gently.
- Fold in white chocolate chips and pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until edges are golden and center remains soft. Allow cooling before slicing.
