Description
Delicious oatmeal cream pies filled with a creamy filling.
Ingredients
Scale
- 12 oatmeal cookies
- 1/2 cup softened cream cheese
- 1/4 cup butter (room temp)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 dash of vanilla extract
Instructions
- With an electric mixer, or by hand, beat cream cheese and butter until light and fluffy.
- Add maple syrup and vanilla and beat until well combined.
- Scrape filling into a piping bag or ziplok baggie, snip the end and pipe onto the bottom of one cookie (see post for filling example).
- Place second cookie on top.
