Description
This Oreo Cookie Pizza is a delicious and fun dessert that combines sugar cookie dough with cream cheese and crushed Oreos, drizzled with melted white chocolate.
Ingredients
Scale
- 16 ounces sugar cookie dough (room temperature)
- 8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups crushed Oreos
- 1/2 cup white chocolate wafers (melted)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Grease a 12-14″ round pizza pan (or a 9″ x 13″ baking dish) and pat your cookie dough into the bottom of the pan—about 1/3″ thick.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are slightly golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow to cool at room temperature.
- Meanwhile, add the room temperature cream cheese to the bowl of a stand mixer. Use the whisk attachment to beat until smooth, light, and fluffy—about 2-3 minutes.
- With the mixer off, add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract then mix on low speed until combined. Increase to high speed and mix again until fluffy.
- Once the cookie has cooled, spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the top using an offset spatula. Sprinkle with the crushed Oreos.
- Melt the white chocolate wafers in the microwave for about 30 seconds, then stir until smooth. If necessary, repeat until completely melted.
- Add the melted chocolate to a piping bag and drizzle over the top. Allow the chocolate to set up for about 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Once the chocolate has set, slice and serve. Enjoy!
