Ingredients

- 2 cups frozen peaches
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or vanilla yogurt
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- Ice cubes, as needed
Instructions
- Add frozen peaches, banana, almond milk, yogurt, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, and oats to a blender.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- Add ice cubes if a thicker texture is desired and blend again.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or spices if needed.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a thicker smoothie, use less almond milk or add more ice.
- This smoothie can be customized with different fruits as desired.
