Description

A refreshing and nutritious smoothie made with frozen peaches, banana, and almond milk.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups frozen peaches
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • Ice cubes, as needed

Instructions

  1. Add frozen peaches, banana, almond milk, yogurt, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, and oats to a blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add ice cubes if a thicker texture is desired and blend again.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness or spices if needed.
  5. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
