Ingredients

- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup mini pepperoni
- ½ cup cooked sausage
- ½ cup chopped bell peppers
- ¼ cup finely chopped red onion
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or cooking spray
Instructions
- Chop bell peppers and red onion, and cook sausage if not pre-cooked. Set all ingredients in an assembly line.
- Spread 1–2 tablespoons of pizza sauce in the center of each tortilla.
- Add mozzarella, pepperoni, sausage, peppers, and onion. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Fold in sides and roll the tortilla tightly into a burrito shape.
- For oven: Preheat to 400°F. Place burritos seam side down on a baking sheet. Brush lightly with olive oil and bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and crisp.
- For air fryer: Set to 375°F. Lightly spray burritos with oil and cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Let cool for 1–2 minutes before serving with extra sauce for dipping.
