Deliciously cheesy grilled cheese sandwiches infused with pizza flavors.
Ingredients

- 4 slices sourdough or white bread
- 4 tablespoons butter or garlic butter (softened)
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce or marinara
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 12 slices pepperoni
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning or dried oregano
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients and tools. Let the butter soften and grate cheese if needed.
- Spread butter on one side of each bread slice. Flip and spread pizza sauce on the other side.
- On two slices (sauce side up), layer mozzarella, pepperoni, and a sprinkle of Italian seasoning. Top with remaining slices, sauce side in.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place sandwiches butter-side down. Press with spatula.
- Cook for 3–4 minutes until golden. Flip, press again, and cook until the cheese is melted.
- Let rest 1 minute. Slice diagonally and serve hot.

- Feel free to customize with your favorite pizza toppings.
- For extra flavor, add more cheese or spices as desired.
