Ingredients

- 2 ripe avocados, diced
- 2 medium ripe mangoes, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ small red onion, finely chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
- Wash and chop the avocados and mangoes into cubes.
- Halve the cherry tomatoes and finely chop the red onion.
- In a large bowl, gently combine avocados, mangoes, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
- Drizzle lime juice and olive oil over the mixture; season with salt and pepper.
- Toss gently to combine without mashing the ingredients.
- Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes before serving to let flavors meld.
