A delicious and elegant strawberry cheesecake cake that is perfect for any occasion.

- 1 box vanilla cake mix
- 16 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
- 1 stick butter (melted)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F and line a springform pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 eggs, and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour mixture into the pan and bake for 35-40 minutes or until set. Chill completely.
- Prepare vanilla cake mix as directed on box using melted butter, 1 egg, and water or milk as needed.
- Divide cake batter between two round pans and bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes. Cool completely.
- In a chilled bowl, whip heavy cream with remaining sugar and 1/2 tsp vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Fold in sliced fresh strawberries gently into the whipped cream.
- Place one cake layer on a serving plate, top with chilled cheesecake layer, then second cake layer.
- Frost the entire cake with the whipped strawberry cream.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before slicing for clean layers.
Notes
- For best results, use fresh strawberries.
- This cake can be made a day in advance and chilled overnight.
