Description

A delicious blend of strong brewed coffee with hazelnut extract and pure maple syrup.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon hazelnut extract
  • ½ cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brew one cup of strong coffee using your preferred method.
  2. In a saucepan, heat ½ cup of milk until steaming but not boiling. Use a frother for foam if desired.
  3. In your favorite mug, mix 2 tablespoons of maple syrup and ½ teaspoon hazelnut extract. Pour in the hot brewed coffee and stir well.
  4. Slowly add the warm milk to the coffee mixture, spooning any foam on top if frothed.
  5. Sprinkle cinnamon over the top if using, then serve and enjoy!
