Description
A delicious blend of strong brewed coffee with hazelnut extract and pure maple syrup.
Ingredients

- 1 cup strong brewed coffee
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon hazelnut extract
- ½ cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Brew one cup of strong coffee using your preferred method.
- In a saucepan, heat ½ cup of milk until steaming but not boiling. Use a frother for foam if desired.
- In your favorite mug, mix 2 tablespoons of maple syrup and ½ teaspoon hazelnut extract. Pour in the hot brewed coffee and stir well.
- Slowly add the warm milk to the coffee mixture, spooning any foam on top if frothed.
- Sprinkle cinnamon over the top if using, then serve and enjoy!
Notes
- This coffee can be made with either dairy or non-dairy milk.
- Adjust sweetness by varying the amount of maple syrup.
